Overview

We typically work with business owners and human resources department managers at companies with 5-100 employees. Our clients fall into four categories:

  • Some of our clients thought they could handle their own staffing for less and got burned.  They were always stuck with new hires who would fizzle without delivering results
  • Other clients weren’t hiring. Instead they were working a ton of hours and without ever catching up. Saving a wage was costing them a fortune, because they were not finding new clients and barely taking care of the clients they have.
  • Others were stressed out over turnover; they felt like they had a revolving door in their office.
  • And the final group was tired of babysitting. They heard that there are a lot of people looking for work; but they could not find people who wanted to work, showed up on time, and were reliable.
