Overview

We typically work with business owners and human resources department managers at companies with 5-100 employees. Our clients fall into four categories:

Some of our clients thought they could handle their own staffing for less and got burned. They were always stuck with new hires who would fizzle without delivering results
Other clients weren’t hiring. Instead they were working a ton of hours and without ever catching up. Saving a wage was costing them a fortune, because they were not finding new clients and barely taking care of the clients they have.
Others were stressed out over turnover; they felt like they had a revolving door in their office.
And the final group was tired of babysitting. They heard that there are a lot of people looking for work; but they could not find people who wanted to work, showed up on time, and were reliable.

Express is Great
