Tech Support
Answer calls from customers; provide technical assistance with their internet (dial-up, DSL and Broadband), TV and email. Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service during the interaction with customers is key. The ideal candidate would either possess a degree in a Computer related area, or be working to complete a degree in a Computer related area. Ability to type while talking on the phone is absolutely necessary. Good attendance and a willingness to go above and beyond are required. A working knowledge of Windows OS, Apple OS, Outlook, Mozilla, and UNIX helpful. Training will be for two weeks (M-F 9:00 am-6:00 pm) then will move to shift which is to be determined. (The hours would likely be 7-4 pm or 8-5 pm depending on our need. Tech Support staff are answering phones from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily.) Previous call center or tech support experience is very helpful.
